- Caves Manpower employs the Account Management System, wherein a team Recruitment Consultants shall be assigned responsibility over each account. A Lead Consultant shall represent the team in coordinating with your representatives to discuss and agree on the standards that will be used in arriving at final selection. They will also discuss the strategy to be employed for the short-listing of candidates and will give their personal opinions and impressions to ensure a common understanding of your needs and expectations.
- Short listing and Trade Testing
- When necessary, skills/trade tests and additional reference/background checks are conducted to ensure a perfect fit of candidates for the required positions. We have surveyed and studied a cross-section of various Philippine industries which we then match with clients' company standards and practices. This search system eliminates the long learning curve of the candidates once they are deployed at the work site.
