What are the Different Documents Needed in Order to Recruit Filipino Workers?
- SIGNED RECRUITMENT AGREEMENT
- this is an agreement between Caves Manpower and the Foreign Employer
citing the conditions in the recruitment project to be done for the
Foreign Employer.
- SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY -
this document will give our company the authority to source, recruit
and deploy your needed Filipino workers. This document must be verified
by the Philippine Labor Attache in the country of work of the Filipino
workers.
- VISA LETTER with Visa Slip (Optional,
depending on the country of employment, i.e. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia).
This document should also be verified by the Philippine Labor Attach in
the country of work of the Filipino workers.
- MANPOWER REQUEST LETTER
- this document will enumerate the positions you want us to recruit for
you including the Employment Package to be offered and the number of
staff required. This document must be typed in your company letterhead.
This document must be verified by the Philippine Labor Attache in the
country of work of the Filipino workers.
- Copy of Your COMPANY'S VALID BUSINESS LICENSE
- a copy of your valid business license must also be verified by the
Philippine Labor Attache in the country of work of the Filipino workers.
- Copy of Your COMPANY'S EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT - a copy of your company's Employment Contract must also be verified by the Philippine Labor Attache in the country of work of the Filipino workers.
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS WE REQUIRE:
- Hiring Qualification and Job Description of the staff that you need to hire. This document must be signed by the responsible officer of the employer.
- Other important information about your company (your company website, any literature about your company, your company's line of business).
- Simple Organization Chart of your company (Optional).
